To choose your size, wrap measuring tape around your wrist just above the bone (see photos) – sizes refer to the circumference of each cuff. Alternatively, cut a paper strip to fit around your wrist and hold it against a ruler:
- If your wrist measures 14cm or less, we recommend the 15cm size
- If your wrist measures between 15cm and 17cm, we recommend the 17cm size
- If you wrist measures 18cm or more, we recommend the 19cm size
